Artisense @ICCV in Seoul

At ICCV, one of the most prestigious computer vision conferences around the globe, we presented our hand-held localization demo. Next to our Founder & CEO Andrej Kulikov, Maolin Gao, one of our researchers was in Seoul, as well as, business representatives who were taking customer orders and collecting feedback. “The week at ICCV in Korea helped us to get in touch with potential customers and to understand their needs & problems in more detail. We also got very positive feedback for our live-demo and a lot of interest from talent”, summarizes Kulikov.

ICCV, Oct. 27- Nov. 2 in Seoul, Korea

ICCV, Oct. 27- Nov. 2 in Seoul, Korea

ICCV allowed us to showcase our state-of-the-art computer vision, localization & mapping solutions to a global audience of industry experts and academia. Aside from the live demo, we showed Visual-Inertial Navigation System (VINS) providing re-localization on a global map, as well as, a real-time positioning in a multi-level parking garage. With these demos, we were able to demonstrate the benefit of our camera-based localization system that combines several means of localization and different sensor modalities to deliver high integrity and robustness in any environment - from urban canyons to parking garages and tunnels, or even shopping malls.
